  • During holidays, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already been shipped, we may be unable to modify or recover the package.
